Q: What is the closest airport?

A: The closest airports to the Wyndham Grand Clearwater are the St. Petersburg – Clearwater Airport (PIE), located 9.74 miles away and the Tampa International Airport (TPA) located 17.98 miles away.

Q: How do I get to the resort?

A: There are various options for transportation to the resort. Rental cars and taxis are available just outside the terminal. Car sharing services such as Uber or Lyft will cost approximately $30 from PIE airport which is about a 15 minute drive or $65 from the TPA airport which is about a 30 minute drive.

Q: When does Global Partners Weekend begin and end?

A: Global Partners Weekend begins on Thursday, November 3 at 6:30 pm. It ends on Sunday, November 6 by 10 am.

Q: I cannot attend the whole weekend. Can I just come for a day?

A: Yes! We would love to have you join us, whether it be for a day or the whole weekend. Please note in your registration information which meals you will attend.

Q: Will I have any free time?

A: Yes. The main sessions are in the morning and the evening. Optional workshops are available Friday and Saturday mornings. Feel free to spend time enjoying the hotel, its amenities, and the local attractions. Check out our “Resort Activities” tab for suggestions.

Q: What is the weather like in Clearwater in November?

A: November is a wonderful time to visit Florida. The temperature in Clearwater is on average 78 degrees during the day and can drop to about 58 degrees in the evening.

Q: What kind of clothes should I bring?

A: Dress for the Global Partners Weekend is smart casual. If you would like to dress up one evening, Saturday would be most appropriate.

The hotel can get chilly, so be sure to pack a sweater!
